COMPLAINTS
If you notice a defect in the product within 24 months of the purchase date, you may exercise your right to file a complaint.

La Marqueuse covers the cost of courier shipping within Poland. Before sending the package, please contact us at [email protected] — we will arrange for our courier to collect the shipment.
For international complaints, the cost of delivery to Poland is borne by the Customer.
Please include a fully completed complaint form (PDF) along with proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or other documentation confirming the transaction (e.g. a copy of a bank or card statement).
Without proof of purchase, it is not possible to process a complaint.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment.
If the defect is confirmed to result from a manufacturing fault, the jewelry — at the Customer’s discretion — will be:
* repaired and returned at our expense,
* replaced with a new, defect-free item and shipped at our expense,
* or refunded, in full or in part.
If the damage results from usage (e.g. mechanical damage) or accidental events, we will contact you to provide an estimate for potential repair costs.
