Orders & Delivery

You may place your jewelry order through our website at one of our Warsaw boutiques, Dom Mody Klif or Raffles Europejski Hotel, or by arranging a private appointment with our Concierge. To schedule, simply complete the concierge form or call us directly at +48 888 444 733.

All orders within Poland are shipped via InPost courier service, typically arriving the next business day after dispatch, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Delivery within Poland is complimentary, regardless of order value or payment method.

The time required depends on the chosen piece. For online purchases, the estimated timeframe is indicated on each product page. For bespoke pieces or those requiring gemstone selection, creation takes approximately 2 to 6 weeks. Should a project call for rare gemstones, timing is agreed upon individually. Ready-to-ship jewelry is dispatched from our Warsaw Atelier within 2–3 business days. For personalised timelines, our customer care team is always at your service at [email protected].

Yes, you may collect your online order at either of our boutiques, Dom Mody Klif or Raffles Europejski Hotel. At checkout, simply select the “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option. and choose your preferred location.

The same production and preparation times apply as for standard delivery. You will be notified once your creation is ready to collect. Detailed information can be found in point four.

Orders remain available for collection for 7 days after receiving your confirmation email.

Yes. All orders placed online or by email and delivered within Poland are fully insured and shipped securely via InPost.

Yes, we are pleased to arrange international shipping upon individual request at [email protected]. Delivery times and costs are determined according to the destination country.

If you wish to change something regarding your order, please contact us at [email protected]. The earlier we receive your request, the greater the chance we can accommodate it. Our team will always strive to find the most suitable solution. Clients most often request: 1. Product adjustments - such as ring size, gold color, gemstone choice, or model. 2. Delivery details - such as address, delivery date, or recipient’s name. 3. Additional services - such as engraving or adding another creation to the order.

If a model is listed as unavailable, it usually means we are awaiting gemstones that meet our high standards. Please contact us. We will gladly advise whether we can create the piece especially for you or inform you of its expected availability. You may also use the “Notify me when available” function, and we will email you once the piece is available again.

Payments & Security

At our webiste, payments can be securely made through Przelewy24, which accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa Mobile and GooglePay. Purchases may also be paid in our boutiques when collecting your jewelry in person.

At present, we do not offer deferred payment solutions.

Whether purchased online or in one of our boutiques, each order is accompanied by either a receipt or a VAT invoice. This document confirms your purchase and serves as a guarantee of authenticity.

La Marqueuse jewelry is designed and crafted thoroughly in Poland, at our Warsaw Atelier.

We work exclusively with the finest quality gold: 14k (585) and 18k (750). Each creation is made using 100% recycled gold, allowing us to craft timeless jewelry in a responsible and sustainable way. Every piece comes with a certified hallmark issued by an independent assay office, guaranteeing both authenticity and enduring value.

La Marqueuse selects only natural gemstones sourced from ethical and legitimate origins. We collaborate with long-standing, trusted suppliers who meet our uncompromising standards of excellence and responsibility. Every stone is conflict-free, and its journey to our Atelier is fully transparent. This is our conscious choice; we believe beauty should never be compromised.

Yes. Each gemstone is accompanied by a La Marqueuse certificate, signed by our in-house diamond and pearl expert. For diamonds and other stones weighing over 0.50 ct, we additionally provide an international GIA certificate (Gemological Institute of America), detailing the stone’s authenticity and characteristics: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. gives you complete and transparent assurance of the quality of your chosen creation.

Yes. Diamonds weighing over 0.50 ct are certified by leading international institutions such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and HRD Antwerp. Colored gemstones weighing 1 ct or more are certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute). These certificates specify every key parameter of the stone, giving you absolute assurance of quality and authenticity.

No. At La Marqueuse, we use only natural gemstones. We strongly believe they embody the uniqueness, permanence, and timeless value that can be passed from one generation to the next. Hence, we never use synthetic or lab-grown diamonds.

Our diamonds and gemstones come from ethical sources, in strict compliance with the Kimberley Process, which eliminates conflict diamonds from the global trade. We purchase only from primary sources, never from secondary markets, ensuring the provenance of every stone is entirely transparent. Each gem has a clear and responsible journey before finding its place in a La Marqueuse creation.

Yes. Our creations are crafted exclusively in 14k and 18k gold as well as platinum. All of which are hypoallergenic precious metals. We avoid alloys that could cause irritation, ensuring our jewelry is perfectly suited for sensitive skin.

Sizes & Fit

If you select an incorrect ring size, please contact us at [email protected]. Our Customer care team will be delighted to assist in finding the ideal solution. For most models, resizing is possible and carried out at our Atelier. In cases where the ring’s design does not allow resizing, we will propose creating a new piece in the correct size, ensuring your jewelry fits perfectly.

Personalisation & Bespoke Orders

During a private consultation, you will share your vision, and together we will select gemstones, finalise the design, and explore the available options. Every bespoke order is handled personally, ensuring the piece reflects your unique desires.

The timeframe depends on the nature of the project, whether modifying an existing design or creating an entirely new concept. Availability of rare gemstones may extend the process. Typical bespoke projects take 4 weeks to several months. We are pleased to provide a personalised timeline upon request.

Yes. We can craft a ring with a gemstone different from the one presented in the model. Since all of our jewelry is created in our Polish Atelier, we are able to adapt the type, size, and specifications of the gemstone to your chosen design. Yes. Complimentary engraving is offered on jewelry purchased at La Marqueuse. If the selected model has the appropriate surface and its construction allows it, our master goldsmiths will execute the engraving with utmost precision, in accordance with your wishes. Yes. Our Atelier specialises in restoring luxury pieces from brands such as Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chanel, and others. Every repair is carried out with the highest craftsmanship, restoring brilliance and elegance.

Yes, resizing is complimentary for up to 12 months after purchase, provided the design allows it. If resizing is not possible, we offer alternative solutions, including creating a new piece in the correct size. Please contact [email protected] for personalised assistance.

Service, Warranty & Repairs

La Marqueuse creations are covered by a 24-month warranty, which includes all material and craftsmanship defects. Should anything ever give you cause for concern, please contact us. We will handle the matter with the utmost care. Even after the warranty period has expired, you may continue to rely on our support for maintenance and repairs carried out in our Atelier.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, such as impact or scratches. Natural signs of everyday wear, such as fine micro-scratches, are also not considered defects. Should you have any doubts, we encourage you to contact us. We will gladly advise you on the best care practices or suggest how we can refresh your jewelry.

To request a repair, please contact us by email at [email protected] or visit one of our boutiques. Our advisors will discuss the details with you and propose the most appropriate solution. Repairs are carried out in our Atelier by experienced master goldsmiths, who will attend to every detail with the utmost precision, restoring your jewelry to its original splendour.

Yes. Pieces can be renewed after many years. Simply contact us at [email protected] or visit one of our boutiques. Our specialist will assess the condition of your piece and propose an optimal scope of work. After you approve the estimate, we will perform the restoration in our Atelier, returning the jewelry to its former brilliance.

To ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it, we provide a detailed Care & Storage Guide with every purchase. It contains expert recommendations such as how to care for your pieces daily and how to store them correctly so they retain their radiance for years to come.

The La Marqueuse Renovation Card entitles you to a complimentary refresh and conservation service in our Atelier. To redeem it, please contact us at [email protected] or visit one of our boutiques. Our specialist will assess your piece and we will undertake a full restoration in accordance with the card’s terms. It is a simple and convenient way to bring your jewelry back to impeccable condition.

Returns, Complaints & Exchanges

Returns may be arranged either in one of our boutiques or by post. Please contact us at [email protected] and complete the return form. Full details of the process are available on our returns page. We have designed the procedure to be as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

Jewelry purchased in our boutiques is not eligible for return. If, however, you wish to exchange an item, please contact or visit the boutique where the purchase was made. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. In many cases, we can offer an exchange for another piece from our collection. Prior to any exchange, the jewelry will be assessed by our expert to confirm its condition and completeness.

Bespoke creations made to your specifications are non-returnable. If, after receipt, you have any questions or would like to request modifications, please contact us. We will endeavour to find the best possible solution.

Every La Marqueuse piece undergoes rigorous quality control. Should you notice any irregularity after purchase, please contact us. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects that may become apparent during normal use. Our jewelry experts will assess the situation and propose the most appropriate remedy.
