WARRANTY

All products available on www.lamarqueuse.pl and in La Marqueuse boutiques are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Additionally, during the first 12 months, we offer free servicing, which includes, among other things, jewelry renewal and resizing.

To maintain full warranty coverage for La Marqueuse jewelry, please follow the usage, storage, and care recommendations outlined below.

Repairs performed outside the authorized La Marqueuse service will void the warranty for the item.

  1. Avoid contact with cosmetics and detergents – the substances they contain may cause discoloration of the jewelry and the skin where it is worn. Chemicals can also damage natural gemstones.
  2. Handle cast, thin-walled elements with care – jewelry made using this technique is lightweight but more susceptible to pressure and impact. It may become permanently deformed, most often in the form of dents.
  3. Delicate chains, necklaces, and bracelets may break or deform even with slight snagging, including during sleep. After removing the jewelry, do not bend or coil it too tightly, as this can lead to permanent deformation or creasing.
  4. Natural gemstones are vulnerable to falling out, cracking, or chipping due to impact, pressure, snagging, and other mechanical actions. It is advisable to remove jewelry before housework, sleeping, sports, or any other activities that may pose a risk of mechanical damage.
  5. The surface of jewelry finished using diamond cutting, satin finishing, gold plating, rhodium plating, or platinum plating consists of a thin external layer. Intense abrasion can cause this layer to wear off over time.
  6. Caring for pearl strands requires special attention. Do not soak or clean them with water — moisture can weaken the thread and affect the condition of the pearls. With frequent use, it is recommended to have them restrung every 12 months to ensure safety and aesthetics. Pearls should be kept away from perfumes, hairsprays, and other chemicals that may dull their surface.
  7. Use only specialized cleaning and polishing products for maintenance. You are also welcome to visit La Marqueuse boutiques, where we offer free professional cleaning of our jewelry.
