What is the delivery time for orders?

La Marqueuse processes orders within the timeframe specified for each product on the website. This timeframe is counted in business days and includes the time needed to produce the jewelry and prepare it for shipment. Delivery time should be added to the given timeframe.

What happens if I order several products with different delivery times?

If an order includes multiple products with different processing times and is to be shipped as a single consolidated package, the order will be dispatched once all items are ready - according to the longest processing time among the ordered products.

When will my order be shipped?

Once the jewelry has been completed, the shipment is dispatched:

• after the payment has been credited to our bank account (for traditional bank transfers),
• after receiving confirmation of transaction authorization (for Przelewy24 payments),
• or upon delivery - if the cash-on-delivery option has been selected.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are available for orders up to 15,000 PLN.

What are the delivery terms within Poland?

All shipments are insured and delivered via InPost courier service on business days, usually the next day after dispatch, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Do you offer international delivery?

Orders delivered within Poland are exempt from shipping charges, regardless of the order value or payment method. The specified timeframes and delivery terms apply exclusively to domestic shipments. For international shipping, delivery time and costs are determined individually based on the destination country.

To check the status of your shipment, visit inpost.pl/sledzenie-przesylek and enter the tracking number provided in the confirmation email sent after your order has been shipped.
