RETURNS POLICY

How do I make a return?


Returns of jewelry are handled in three simple steps:


1. Contact us 

Please notify us of your intention to return by emailing [email protected]. We will arrange a convenient collection date by email.


2. Complete the form and prepare the parcel

Please include the following with your return:

  • the completed return form,
  • any product certificates (where applicable) and the warranty card,
  • proof of purchase (receipt or invoice),
  • the jewelry in its original packaging, with tags attached.

3. Hand the parcel to the courier or deposit it at an InPost parcel locker

We will organise collection on the agreed date, within 7 days of your notification. Shipping costs within Poland are covered by La Marqueuse. Alternatively, you may deliver the parcel to one of our boutiques in person. 


What items can be returned?


Returns are accepted for jewelry that has been:

  • purchased online,
  • delivered by courier.


Items not eligible for return:

  • products collected in-store (treated as in-boutique purchases),
  • bespoke jewelry made to individual specifications,
  • personalized items (e.g. engraved pieces),
  • items ordered or imported on special request.


Returns of jewelry set with gemstones

For pieces set with gemstones, the acceptance of the return is preceded by an inspection of the item’s condition by a La Marqueuse gemologist. A return will be approved only if the piece is confirmed to be in its original condition.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item. Funds will be transferred to the bank account number provided on the return form.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
